“I love doing yoga on the beach with Jessi! She is such a great teacher: both motivating and encouraging. Each class is a unique flow, based on the needs of each student in attendance. It is truly an all levels class...she starts out slow but builds in intensity (think pulsing chair, mountain climbers, purely optional of course!) I always feel refreshed and energized after class, and it is the highlight of my week!"
